Return Policy
Andys Movie House wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All returns require RETURN AUTHORIZATION # which can be requested via email to: info@AndysMovieHouse.com
If you receive the wrong item, we will replace it with the correct item, once the wrong item has been returned per our policy and we will credit you for the return shipping cost. The item must be UNOPENED and in BRAND NEW condition.
Returns of items for refund that are not damaged, or defective will be accepted only if they are returned UNOPENED and in BRAND NEW condition within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer to pay return shipping cost. Seller not responsible for shipping damage if not insured.
Damaged items will be replaced at no cost, if shipping insurance was purchased. Without shipping insurance, we do not take responsibiltiy for the item, once it is shipped. |
